West Lindsey District Council have teamed up with Savoy Cinemas to deliver a 4-screen cinema, two retail units and a restaurant, as well as additional parking. Local construction company the Gelder Group have secured the contract to build the state-of-the-art complex in the Market Place.
It is funded through contributions from the Council, the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (GLLEP), the governments Levelling Up Fund and Savoy Cinemas. Please see the plans and images below for more information.
The scheme has now commenced on site and will be completed by June 2025.
