Demolition of the former Lindsey Centre is nearing completion, and expected to complete in summer 2023. The below video is a time-lapse of the demolition.

The site will host a 4-screen cinema, two retail units and a restaurant, as well as additional parking. Any disruption to current businesses in the area will be kept to a minimum, please see attached letter for more details GBM Letter to Residents.
