You could apply for up to £15,000 to restore shops in Gainsborough Town Centre (covering up to 75% of costs) which you can find more out about here.
The Gainsborough Shop Front Improvement Scheme is available to both owners of vacant units and existing or prospective tenants that are located within the following town centre locations:
- Lord Street
- Market Place
- Market Street
- North Street
- Silver Street
- Market Rasen (Market Place)
- Caistor (Market Place)
Any project proposal has to target those properties that are within the eligible area and bring about a significant impact to the heritage-led regeneration approach of the Gainsborough Town Centre Masterplan.
